Another crazy feature of Samsung limited to national residents only. I'm a foreigner in China and with no chinese ID card I cannot add my bank cards or credit cards there.
A very big fail. This feature used to work just fine until a few updates ago.
I've been a Samsung buyer since the S3. Now, with the S26U I wonder about the features that should be for all.
